Who is your target market
The world is like a mountain full of gold. The trick is knowing where to dig. Your customers are out there somewhere.
No matter what your product, somebody will pay you money for it, they are actually paying somebody for it right now and it might as well be you. Facebook has an estimated 1.23 Billion monthly active users and is becoming the go to place to find customers and advertise to your target market. Social media marketing is huge and will only get bigger so now is the time to get on-board.
1/ Target Market: Who is your dream client, who do you want to serve. Where do they live, how much money do they make, what job do they have, what do they like to do for recreation, these are just a few of the questions you need to ask when developing client’s avatar. The more specific you can be in determining this information, the easier it will be to understand who your target market is and what are the things that cause them pain, then you will have an idea how to develop a plan to fix their problems.
2/ Where does your target market hang out: Are they hanging out online or offline. If your market is online, then, are they on Facebook, Instagram or twitter. Are they hanging out in groups, do they follow certain pages, are they talking together in forums, do they follow certain blogs. I they are offline, where do they meet and catch up, meetup groups, industry association meetings, supplier conferences, sporting sponsorship events. The trick is, just work out where they are getting together and congregating.
So once you know who your target market is and where they get together, you can start to advertise to them. Advertising in the modern age is a little different, online advertising, specifically Facebook should be approached to press that pain point. When you run a Facebook ad, identify the pain point, let the target market know you have a solution to their problem and you would be more than happy to fix it, for a fee of course. Being laser targeted to your specific audience will increase your leads and result in big fat profits in the bank.
